Good Evening

I wanted if I may just say a word to any and all that still follow me here at Kn2Cln House Washing.

I am sincerely grateful to each and everyone of you that still think of me.

I know for certain my absence on activity may seem strange as a business.

In 2021 I became a father to a beautiful baby boy who was born at 28 weeks premature. I stepped down from growing my working career due to the realization that my work will always be there yet the first five years in my son's life I could never get back and as a co parent/ single father I needed to actively stay present in his life and that is what I've been doing.

I have also been helping my fathers company Awl House Wash. As many of you know I first started my Property Beautification Specialist journey with him at the age of 15 and felt strongly a duty of respect to help my mother and father continue through to retirement.

Now at 39 years old that time is close at hand and my boy is almost 4 in March. One more year to go.

My skills as a washer have not been dormant and whilst this is not an advertisement for work as such it is an acknowledgement that this page still has over 200 followers and those who have their yearly or two yearly washes with me have truly helped me stay a float as a father and a washer.

As I never intended to be a big corporation in the house washing industry my goal still stands, simply one man's dream to provide the best service I could off the morals and work ethic provided to me past dowm from father to son I will always be available for any advise or duty required of me.

I guess I'm just a tad sentimental tonight and I wanted to say whilst I know it may have seemed like I abandoned Kn2Cln rest assured I will return to taking on new customers when my boy starts school.

Perhaps not with the new generation of Kn2Cln washer ready just yet but training starts early in our family business.

Good morning one and all.

It's been an interesting start to the new year for many. But I've been keeping busy and wanted you all to know as per usual I'm mostly a referral based business and am kept busy via my awesome customers recommending me to their family and friends.
This is why you don't see much advertisements from me.

I've always believed if you're good at what you do people come to you.

Good Morning everyone.

This morning is a truly beautiful morning.

I have recieved word that commercial and residential house washes can finally get back on the job properly as of the 12 of October. Water restrictions for businesses who rely on it.

This has been my worst year to date and surviving it has been scary but I hung in there by my fingertips.

To all my regular washes I am so terribly sorry I haven't been there for you but by this time next month I will be back into work full force.

Please spread the news around as I have a lot of ground to make up and a lot of houses I'd love to wash.

ATTENTION

Good Morning All.
I hope every one has been keeping well throughout the lock down and water restrictions.
I personally have done what I can to survive but am now really facing having to shut Kn2Cln Down after years of priding myself on the highest standard of work. It's heart breaking after everything I've battled to keep operating. I would very much like to avoid having to do that

This is a plea to any of my customers who are on tank water supply who would like/need their gutters cleaned out. I would never normally beg but well now is the time I have to beg.
So please if you feel you could benefit from clear gutters please don't hesitate to get in touch,

Good Morning,
May you all be having a beautiful Anzac Day.

Lock down has not been easy for many of us small business and yes Kn2Cln House Washing is classed as able to operate at Level 3. I am watching numerous other House Washers advertising massively for work and I can't deny this worries me. Not for the competition. Kn2Cln refuses to compete as I am only one man who has spent 18 years of my life wanting to do the best I possibly can for my customers as I am sure others do for theirs.

There is only one thing that is concerning me.
Auckland is currently on the verge of a possible complete water ban for out door use until the rains come. We are already being asked to not wash cars or houses but what happens if they make it mandatory.
As much as I want/need to be out there working and looking after everyone if every House washing company tries to operate at full capacity then these water restrictions will become mandatory and not a single one of us will earn.

For this reason I wanted to put a post up to show I am here for you but please if your work is not urgent (like blocked gutters) could you please think about holding off having the work completed for just a little longer. I promise I will be back as soon as everything is back to normal.

Good Evening Everyone

In times like this we must all pull together for the greater good of our everything. A lot is riding on the ability to shut this pandemic down. so I wanted to wish every single Kn2Cln Customer the very best during the upcoming lock down period.

I too will be shutting my doors (well not showing up on yours) while the lock down is in effect but I look forward to getting back to what I do best as soon as possible.
