1. Limited-Time 12-Month Fixed Rate: 5.59% p.a.
As of Tuesday, 08 October, ANZ has introduced a 5.59% p.a. fixed rate for 12 months, available for a limited time. It can be withdrawn without notice. While we wait for tomorrow’s OCR announcement, this rate already factors in the anticipated drop and is highly competitive.

2. Developer Cash Contributions Now Accepted
ANZ will now accept developer cash contributions toward client deposit, up to $10,000 per applicant per Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Key points:

Must be outlined in the agreement with no clawback conditions.
Funds are to be deposited into your solicitor’s trust account upon an unconditional contract.
Not accepted for loans over 80% LVR as 'genuine savings.'
Clients must still have a minimum 5% genuine saving.
