My brother Sudipto Kundu has been suffering from a serious liver problem for a long time. His entire liver has been destroyed and the only way to save his life is a liver transplant. This treatment and related expenses require about 6 million taka, which his family cannot manage alone.
Despite his best efforts, his family is unable to arrange the full amount. We, his friends, are standing by him in this situation together, but it is not enough for us alone. Therefore, we are appealing to you for help, so that we can raise the necessary funds.
His medical documents have been attached to the post, so that this appeal is completely transparent. Your small contribution can play a huge role in saving Sudipto's life.
Medical Report Summary
Patient History:
The patient was diagnosed with Congenital Biliary Atresia in childhood, which is a rare and serious liver problem. Over time, this condition worsened and in adulthood, it transformed into Secondary Liver Cirrhosis. The following complications have been reported:
- Splenomegaly (enlargement of the spleen)
- Thrombocytopenia (decreased platelet count in the blood)
- Positive CMV (presence of Cytomegalovirus)
- Hyperbilirubinemia (increased bilirubin count in the blood)
Current Status:
Due to cirrhosis, liver function has been severely damaged and the patient's physical condition is deteriorating rapidly. These complications have become a serious threat to the patient's life.
Treatment Plan:
To save the patient's life and restore normal liver function, a liver transplantation should be done in India as soon as possible. The patient's medical visa is attached to the post.

This premier PDGA B-Tier event, part of the Tour Down Under, is set to attract top-touring professionals from around the world.

Format: --UPDATED--
All divisions: Three 18 hole rounds, one round per day, tee times.
Group 1 | MPO, MP40, and MA1 will play the championship 'Gold' layout: Par 63, 2700m (8641ft).
Group 2 | FPO, FP40, FA1, MP50, MA2, MA40 and MA50 will play the advanced 'Blue' layout: Par 66, 2262m (7238ft)
Group 3 | MA3, FA2, FA40 & Junior Divisions will play the intermediate 'Red' layout: Par 65, 2003m (6410ft).

Playoff's will take place as soon as possible upon completion of the divisions final round and will start at Hole 1 then 18 and repeat until a winner is determined.

To be considered valid, a division must have at least four entrants by Monday, 20th January. Adjustments to divisions may be made after this date, with affected players being notified accordingly.

Player Pack & Prizes
All amateur entries will receive a player pack valued at NZD$120. This will include 2x Special Edition Discraft Discs, a hole in one party voucher and two lunch vouchers for Saturday and Sunday. There will also be a stacked prize table up for grabs once the scores are settled!

Lunches
All players will receive two lunch vouchers for redemption on Saturday and Sunday.

Parking
Free parking is available on Shaw Road and West Coast Road. A small dedicated carpark is also available off Shaw Road, opposite the entrance to the Oratia Orchard Disc Golf Course.

Ammenities
Restroom facilities are available at Tournament HQ, near Hole 1 and Hole 3, as well as at Hole 11. Water stations will be conveniently located across the course, approximately every 3-5 holes, in addition to Tournament HQ.
