What’s actually happening in the property market right now?

There’s a lot of talk about global uncertainty, rising fuel costs, and inflation. But the reality on the ground in NZ is a bit more steady than the headlines suggest.

From what I’m seeing locally, the last couple of weeks have been slightly quieter (school holidays), but otherwise pretty normal.
