Very high demand and increasing

Where as a large number of the new build 2 bedroom townhouses are needing to drop their rent to find tenants

You will need a full sized ladder to check the gutters, up on the roof or anywhere high.

But donā€™t whip this out during a public open home.

Check with the agent and maybe do it at the end when other people have gone. Or at a private viewing.

1st is Price Driven. Super low price. Maybe unconditional. Maybe just a 2 day finance clause. Very clean.

2nd is Conditions Driven. Higher Priceā€¦ BUT - conditions to suit YOU. Maybe longer settlement, maybe early access.

BUTā€¦.
The 2 offers both need to have a great outcome for you, they will use a mix of price differences, terms & conditions changes to end up with a great deal.

Some agents will see this a strangeā€¦ and thatā€™s OK.

You are aiming for a great deal for YOU, not the regular type of deal most agents are used to
