As a Property and Tenancy Manager our mission is to ensure positive outcomes for both tenants and homeowners by providing exceptional service and support.

Homes are for living and each home is unique to those who live in them. Our philosophy ensures tenants can make the home feel like their own, and that landlords benefit from stable, happy tenants.

Te Wawata Kāinga provides a range of services including asset management and tenancy management and can work alongside private landlords, community groups, large developers and other Community Housing Providers to ensure the asset owner receives a high quality service while putting their tenants at the heart of the relationship.

We are a registered Community Housing Provider, however we work across a range of tenure types and our portfolio of homes includes market rentals, affordable rentals (capped rent 80% of market), progressive home ownership and supporting new home owners. We operate as part of the Home Group and serve the charitable mission of Home Foundation which is 'Through homes, flourishing communities'.
