We're on the home stretch! The team has been flat out over the past few weeks, pushing hard to bring the final stage of Highgate Ridge to completion.

Everything is coming together, and it's looking better by the day. Not long now until we can reveal the finished product! 👷💪🏡

Driveway preparation is in progress ahead of concrete pours

Stoppers are well underway 🪣
And the builders are now focusing on the finishing lines 🔨

Stormwater & sewer management plan works have also kicked off 🚧🦺

🚰🔌 Pre-pipe & pre-wire progressing smoothly

The team is back in action at Highgate Ridge after a well-deserved Christmas and New Year break. 👷‍♂️🏗️

Great progress already — the ground floor frames are being erected and straightened, and the structural steel installation is now complete.
Demand has been strong with 3 homes now sold and only 3 remaining.
