Not all property management companies are the same.
There are key issues to consider when selecting someone to manage your property - you need to compare the TOTAL cost when selecting a property manager. Many have a lower management fee but then pile on a host of other charges.

Most property management providers employ salespeople to win the management of your property however once they gain your business they then pass on the responsibility to a property manager you have no relationship with. These property managers are often expected to look after 150 to 300 properties that means they only spend five to ten hours a YEAR on your property.
