Great to have our 4th project completed, and tenanted in quick smart time! Another 6 homes for long term tenants, and we have now delivered 26 brand new purpose built quality rental homes to central Hamilton, with a further 10 under construction for early next year!

Thrilled to bits to announce that our second build to rent project is completed, 8 units in total. 5 have already found lovely people to call them home within the first fortnight of marketing, with great demand for the remaining units these will be fully occupied in no time!

Project number 1 is almost all closed in and the team have now started shifting dirt on project number 2.

One house left thanks to the house movers for finding new homes for these ones seems much better than knocking them down!

Its been a busy site at Claude St the last few days! Builders standing frames, floor team boxing last slabs, and scaffolding and safety nets going up!

Frame delivery day! Really excited to see this project start to rise above ground. Thanks to the team at Dr Plumber and Rhodes Plant & Excavations Ltd all in ground services are done, and we are loving how clean and tidy they have kept the site during earthworks and how they have hustled on this one to get it ready for the builders.
