The messages that stay with me long after settlement aren't about the price.

They're the ones that say something like: "We always felt like you had it handled, and like we were never doing this alone."

That's genuinely what I'm trying to do. Not just be there for the exciting parts, but be across every detail – the stressful bits, the slow bits, the parts that don't go exactly to plan – so my clients never have to carry any of that themselves.

I think every real estate agent tells you they work hard for their clients, and so often, that's one person juggling everything.

I did that for most of my career. It's not impossible, and I'd go so far as to say it's absolutely possible to do a great job that way. But now that I'm part of a team, it's easy to see why that's not how we choose to do it.

When you work with me, you get me and the collective knowledge and expertise of twelve of us. There's a whole Engine Room behind every campaign – dedicated people across every detail, every deadline, every piece of copy before it leaves the building. Nothing gets missed. Nothing goes out unless it's right.

Seventeen years in, and I still love what I do ☀️

The market changes, the technology changes, the way things are done changes. But the part that's stayed the same is the part I fell in love with in the first place.

Sitting across from someone at a pivotal moment in their life, and being able to make them feel genuinely looked after. That never gets old, not even a little bit.

I got into this job because I like people. I stayed because I realised how much it matters to do it well, and how good it feels when you do. 🙋🏼‍♀️
