I was thrilled to be invited to speak to the young parents at the Teen Parent Unit this week as part of the Ready to Rent seminars hosted by He Kahui Wairarapa. The goal? To help them feel confident and prepared as they step into the rental market.

In today’s highly competitive rental market, strong results come down to strategy, presentation, and momentum.

We’re pleased to share that we successfully secured 6 tenancies within 2 weeks — a result driven by high enquiry levels and excellent attendance at viewings. The strong interest created real competition, allowing us to place quality tenants efficiently and minimise vacancy time.

While one property took a little longer than usual due to a unique scenario, the overall outcome reflects how proactive marketing and engagement can make all the difference in a fast-moving market.

These tenants have made a great move, and it’s a fantastic result all round for our owners.
