Miss Properties is a well established accommodation business in Hawkes Bay.
Not only do we provide short and long-term options within our larger boarding houses but have much smaller sites across Hawkes Bay as well.

We aim to provide a variety of accommodation options for those in need, whether its transitional or a long-term arrangement.

All rooms are individually separate and lockable with shared living facilities.
Choose between basically furnished by us or bring your own.
We can also accommodate to various budgets with different room sizes and properties mainly housing working individuals as well.

So whether your a hard working individual or currently recieving Winz assistance, we likely have an accommodation option to suit you!

All potential new tenants must complete an in-person interview at the office location your interested in.
Please note if your considering accommodation options in both Hastings and Napier, an in-person interview must take place at each office as enquiry applications are not shared across sites.

Offices are on site at the main large boarding houses we have.
Hastings office: 704 Tomoana Road, directly across from Cornwell Park.
Napier office: 277 Marine Parade, the big tortoise building on the corner.
Office hours for both locations: 9am - 11am weekdays.
