Negotiation is an art. And in real estate, it can make all the difference.

Every transaction brings different people, expectations and priorities to the table.

My role is to understand what matters to everyone involved, know where the market sits, communicate clearly and guide the conversation towards an outcome that works.

🏡 SOLD | 74 Koru Road

What a fantastic outcome for my vendors at 74 Koru Road, and one that feels particularly special given the wonderful people behind this beautiful home.

From the moment people walked through the doors, it was clear how much care had gone into every detail. The immaculate home, beautifully maintained grounds and those incredible views made a lasting impression on everyone who visited.

This result is a real credit to my vendors, who have lovingly cared for their home and presented it to an exceptional standard throughout the campaign.

And now, 74 Koru Road is soon to be called home by some very special purchasers. ❤️

Congratulations to everyone involved! 🥂🏡

🏡 SOLD | 382 Smart Road 🏡

Some properties are a marathon, and some property sales are a sprint! 🏃‍♀️💨

Multiple offers after just one week on the market, a crazy busy open home, viewings every day and a deadline that brought it all together.

My vendors did an incredible job buckling up and keeping up with me through this campaign. 😂🙌 What a team effort!

And to top it off, we sold unconditionally to some very special purchasers. ❤️

Congratulations to everyone involved. What a result! 🥂

✨ SOLD | 117 Poplar Grove ✨

A real collective effort to get this one across the line, but my clients were absolutely worth every bit of it. ❤️ A relationship built on trust, patience and perseverance, and such great people to work with from start to finish.

Congratulations to my wonderful vendors, and a huge congratulations to my lovely purchasers too. 🥂🔑 It’s been a pleasure helping both sides of this one!

Another one across the line.
