Self-managing landlords are everywhere, a lot of us are "mum and dad" landlords, managing a small portfolio - 1 or 2 homes as a way to save for our retirement or supplement our income. So why is it important to do the Rentskills training?
Nicki started off as an accidental landlord in 2015, come along to hear her story on how an accident has turned into an award winning career and ask all the questions you've been thinking of about self-managing, getting the best out of your rentals and what things you should consider before you start, or as you continue with your landlording journey.

Fire safety doesn’t stop at your smoke detectors. Should the worst happen, and you need to call emergency services to put out a fire… they need access to water quick, so you want them wasting time digging up the yellow service pipe?
