Luke and Sarah were referred to Martelli Buyer's Agents when they were struggling to find the right home, being time poor and having successful busy careers, they valued professional advice to find the right home and complete due diligence.

The search was focused down to Ponsonby, Westmere and Grey Lynn, seeking the villas and bungalows that were high quality and well built rather than focusing on the aesthetics.

The perfect villa was found in Ponsonby and through negotiations, and understanding the vendor's priorities too, we were able to strike a deal prior to auction. The timing was perfect for Luke and Sarah, avoiding the need for a short term rental and getting them into their preferred suburb sooner.
