The shed was completely updated with new framework & roof. The cladding (board & batten) was installed over cavity battens & ecoply barrier. Doors/window were installed & the shed was insulated. Inside, Eliteline plywood was used for the internal cladding. May 2014

Another build that exceeds NZ Building Code. The cottage is lovely & warm with extra insulation installed on the interior & exterior walls. The solid construction & extra bracing elements meant there was no damage from the strong Norwesters or earthquakes.
