We quite often say that real estate is a journey, and here's a perfect example of that.

After I helped my vendor sell his Auckland property, he decided to move up and settle in Whangarei. Thanks to the equity in the property as the fruit of hard work from him and his family, he's in a position to buy a property in the Rei mortgage free!

However, he's a little apprehensive with the prospect of the unknown. Despite that seling is the main focus for us as real esate agents, I offered to help him buy his next property. Firstly, because I want to help him on this complete journey; and secondly, because his destination is where I am SO familiar with and had lived for 20 years (Love it here)! I felt it's my duty.

Long story short, we achieved our goals of finding him the PERFECT property - not without dramas, let me tell-ya. 😀

It's so fulfilling to feel that I genuinely helped someone, rather than just another transaction. And it's just an added bonus to receive such a sincere and heart-warming feedback!
