A day in the life of a real estate agent living on the Kapiti Coast.
We've had a little bit of everything today. Phone calls, client visits, Auction Reserve set meeting, Tender report writing, Vendor reports, catch up with our Property Manager, more client meetings.
It's never boring, it's always a pleasure!

This weekend was a big milestone for me. I did my first solo tramp with our girls on Friday night to Turere Lodge.

The girls rolled their eyes because I had to go around the roundabout twice to get a selfie with one of our role models Paul Butcher of Paul Butcher - Team Butcher, Harcourts

Prior to Harcourts I would never have set such a huge goal. Planning, preparation, snacks, fun and laughter, success, celebration. We had a great time!
