This is one very special client! 104 years old, and selling his beloved home of 66 years. Him and his late wife built his house in 1960 and raised their 6 children there. So many memories! This weekend I am embarking on the 24 hour CrossFit challenge - not by choice exactly but because I was not given a lot of choice to say no!

It is for a great cause the Te Awamutu Volunteer Fire Brigade, an amazing team of volunteers that I absolutely respect and admire.

There is an amazing raffle if you wish to show your support, with some amazing prizes. Or come down and do a workout with us anytime between the hours of 9am 26th April and 9am 27th of April.
