Throughout my career, I have held several key positions, including Property Manager, where I honed my skills in being able to progress into manage and lead a large Property Management Business .My most recent position was General Manager of Licenses and Training for The Rent Shop, where I dedicated eight years to fostering growth and excellence within the industry. Skills Group has released a really important white paper "Multiple Pathways to Success"exploring how New Zealand better supports young people transitioning from school into further education and employment.
One message really stood out to me - we already know what works, but too many students still can’t access it.

As the property management industry moves into a new era, with a proposed government-backed framework designed to lift professionalism, consistency, and confidence across the rental sector, this event offers a timely opportunity to come together, share insights, and help shape the future of the profession.
In partnership with Renti, this special event is the first in a series designed to bring industry professionals together to recognise the vital contribution property managers make, while creating space for meaningful discussion around industry standards, professional development, and the future direction of qualifications in New Zealand.

Hosted in Renti exceptional venue, the evening will feature presentations from Matthew and Adam from All Clear Group alongside Sharon Bradley and Jo Rae in a fireside chat:
“All things RPM-From Legislation to Burnout”
The event will also include an open discussion on the future of property management qualifications. With regulation now on the agenda, it is more important than ever for industry voices to be part of the conversation. This is an opportunity to engage directly with Caitlin Regal, Head of Operations and Delivery, and Zoe Loughery, Real Estate Delivery Lead, and contribute your perspective on what high-quality learning and qualification pathways should look like for the future of the sector.
