35 Newnham Street Rangiora is under offer, which is tremendous for the buyers, but it means that I have several families who missed out.

They’re still actively searching for 3 or 4‑bedroom homes here in Rangiora - and I’ve promised to help them find their new place.

I’ve created and am delivering this “Dear Homeowner” letter around the neighbourhood to reach owners who might be thinking about moving on.
