Most people assume winter is the wrong time to sell their home. Cold weather, bare gardens, short days - the feeling is that buyers disappear until spring.......But that assumption is exactly what can work in your favour.

I attended the Dairy NZ discussion group yesterday at Alastair & Tamsin Nevilles farm in Reporoa.

DairyNZ Senior Scientist Elena Minnee spoke about how the Resilient Pastures Programme is using studies and trials to design sustainable farm systems, which the Nevilles are a trial farm.
It was great to hear what they are doing to help grow better pastures for farmers.

The Resilient Pastures programme is a seven-year initiative led by DairyNZ, with MPI through the Primary Sector Growth Fund, including industry partners Beef + Lamb New Zealand and others.

In March this year I walked 100kms for my friend Michelle who died way too young of Bowel Cancer. This started something and turned into completing my first 1/2 Marathon walk with my best friends in Blenheim.
We did it in a quicker time that we thought and loved every minute of it!
Not just out there doing real estate but accomplishing other goals aswell 🙌
