The Auckland based owner of this two bedroom unit recently moved their properties to iRentProperty after tenants (managed by another agency) ran the property into quite the state!
We'll be renovating the property with new carpets, commercial cleaning, electrical repairs, new curtains, external house washing, rubbish removal and kitchen repairs before working with iRentProperty to find great tenants.

An early morning start getting this newly consented property set up with fibre. While Chorus contractors usually don't need us to meet them on site, we find that there are usually advantages if we do. In this case, the contractors were about to fix the cables to the fence until we showed them the existing underground conduit that was ready to be utilized!
