Harsh truth: Your main bank doesn’t care about your loyalty. 😬

You’ve been with them for 10 years? Cool. You have your everyday accounts, savings, and credit cards with them? Awesome.

But if your financial profile misses their lending policy by even 1%, they will decline your home loan application without a second thought. They treat you like a number, not a loyal customer.

Here is what they won’t tell you:
A “No” from your bank does not mean a “No” from every bank.

Every lender has completely different rules. Where one bank says “no” to your commission income, contract work, or deposit size, another bank might say “yes.”

As a mortgage advisor, my job isn’t to force you into one bank’s box. It’s to shop your situation around to find the exact lender whose policy aligns with you.
