🚩 Red flags we caught:
Stripped Protections: Removing basic safeguards like LIM clauses.

Rushed Timelines: Halving building report windows to just 5 days.

Language vs. Legal Terms: Conversational English doesn't equal contract understanding.

Verbal "Acceptances": Phone promises aren't binding without signed contracts.

Golden Rule: As an agent, I will highlight what seems off, but your lawyer will always have the final say. Always get a buyer’s agent or solicitor to review drafts before you sign!
