Well, you may have gathered that my time in real estate sales is also wrapping up with this last sale and handing the keys over to the buyers of 11 Waipapa Road. I can't say I wasn't doing an ugly cry. Congratulations again to the buyers (and my special vendors). I'll be signing off shortly as Steve and I start our new job at Eglinton Valley Camp in just over a week. Thanks to my Tall Poppy Taupo team who cheered me on in Turangi.

This one was a special one. Congratulations to both the vendors and the buyers of 11 Waipapa Road. Sometimes you see one house and it feels perfect. An absolute treat to work with these first time buyers to secure their first home. Our neighbourhood is getting some really cool new residents.
