Beyond my role as a Director of Bayleys Coromandel, I can also speak from personal experience as a landlord. Over the past twelve years of owning rental properties, I’ve worked with many property managers — and I can say, hand on heart, that Lynn is one of the best I have personally had. Her proactive communication, balanced judgment, and ability to protect both the owner’s interests and the tenant relationship set her apart in this industry. Nothing ever seemed like a big deal and everything was always smooth.
While we’re sorry to see her leave Bayleys, I have no doubt Lynn will be highly successful in establishing her new property management business, which will focus on helping Waikato farmers meet compliance requirements, reduce risk, save time, and maximise returns on their rural housing assets. She has both the technical knowledge and the personal drive to deliver an exceptional level of service and build lasting trust with her clients.
I can recommend Lynn without hesitation. Any property owner or farmer who engages her will be in very capable hands.
