For over 35 years Janeane has enjoyed building genuine, long-standing relationships within the wider Central Hawkes Bay community. Janeane is no stranger to lifestyle and rural properties. Alongside her husband, they own and work on a 583-hectare sheep and beef farm in Waipukurau. Janeane has developed rental portfolios, and managed subdivision projects, giving her valuable insight into farm infrastructure and property promotion. Janeane has a diverse career in banking, managing businesses’ finances, and is also a long-time Childbirth Educator. She is also a Midwifery Standards Reviewer representing Consumers for the NZ College of Midwives. Janeane works closely with local organisations and community groups. Having raised their family in Central Hawkes Bay, Janeane knows firsthand about the great area Central Hawke’s Bay is and how to unlock its potential. Janeane has been very involved in the community and volunteered for many CHB & HB community organisations. With a special love for anything equestrian, her family has enjoyed many different equestrian disciplines. Her diverse expertise across the farming, healthcare, and banking sectors gives her a unique perspective. “I pride myself on bring a good listener, to find out what is important to my clients and give trusted, confidential and clear real estate guidance with clear
