Something on our checklist is the hot water cylinder. This one was in an empty house. It had recently started leaking and with no tenants expected for a few weeks it would have been a bit a disaster to move into.

Don't forget the house inspections on the empty houses. There are all sorts of unwanted visitors that can turn up.

It has just been pointed out that the note I left needs correcting. It is NOT alright to use the vacuum cleaner to clean the filter. Hot soapy water and air dry.
Just goes to show your never too old to learn 😊😊
