A tourism number that property investors should not ignore.
According to Oman’s National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), UAE visitors ranked first among Oman’s tourism arrivals in H1 2026, with 491,503 visitors by the end of June. India followed with 382,015 visitors, while Germany recorded 68,771 visitors during the same period. The figures were also reported by Oman Observer.
For real estate investors, this matters because strong visitor flows can support destination visibility, rental demand, hospitality activity, and long-term interest in lifestyle property markets.
