COME ‘n GET ‘em!!!
OLÉ’S Tacos Quesabirria will simply blow you away. This is a loaded cheesy meat tortilla that is griddle seared like our Quesadilla. The slow cooked tender beef, flavorful sauce, and gooey cheese make these Quesabirria tacos look just as good as they taste!
A mix of two words; Quesa is meaning queso, which is from all the cheese used. Birria is the meat used to fill up the crispy tortilla. The birria is beef cooked in a variety of spices and chile peppers, resulting in a tender, melt in your mouth recipe that is very popular in Mexico and abroad, and has now become a raging favorite here at OLÉ.
You’ll love this fully loaded crispy tortilla stuffed with loads of cheese and Birria meat. The dipping sauce throws these Quesabirrias into a whole new dimension in terms of flavor. Don’t forget the napkins!
