🏗 The entire apartments site has now been fully cleared and leveled.

🏗 Foundation excavation for Building 1 and Building 2 has been completed.

🏗 Building 5 foundation excavation is currently in progress.

🏗 The majority of construction materials for Buildings 1, 2 and 5 have cleared customs and have already been delivered to site.

🏗 Fabrication of some structural components has already commenced.

Construction is moving ahead smoothly and in line with schedule.

Phase 2 of our project is the Residential Apartments. In our master plan we have a total of 12 buildings (different number of floors) and we are looking to deliver building 1,2,5 and 9 within 12 months counting from December 2026 onwards.

Plot Progress:

Land leveling is 90% complete. Most areas have met the design specifications. The remaining 10% is undergoing fine grading and compaction testing to lay a solid foundation for the subsequent pile foundation work.
