JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the renovation and repair of the buildings and associated systems and constructing additions, Installation of new equipment and repair of existing equipment, Maintenance of the grounds, and general custodial care of the facilities as assigned. Also the one responsible in repairing or maintaning electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, small engine mechanics, landscaping, and custodial works.

Monitors the company's general book of accounts and supporting documents and prepares financial statements, revenue and cost reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Records, summarizes and classifies all transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
2 Updates the books of account (general ledger, sales journal, purchases, etc.,)
3 Accounts for and controls the acquuisition, movement and disposal of all company assets.

The Head of HR is tasked with successfully collecting, storing, and managing important documentation in both electronic and hard copy format through a clear and concise reference system. Primary responsibilities

· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
