How I turned from a burned-out employee into earning 6 digits a month in Real Estate at the age of 21. 🚀
Let me re-introduce myself.
Two years ago, I was just an ordinary employee.
Sa first month pa lang, gusto ko nang sumuko. Pero kailangan kumita dahil hindi naman tumitigil ang bills.
Night shift ang trabaho ko kaya halos gabi-gabi akong puyat. Fixed salary, at halos pambayad lang din ng mga gastusin.
The worst part? Nagsimula nang maapektuhan ang physical at mental health ko.
I still remember November 15, 2024.
Pumasok pa rin ako kahit sobrang sama na ng pakiramdam ko—ubo, lagnat, sakit ng katawan, at matinding pagod.
Sinabihan akong magpa-medical, pero huwag daw akong mag-request ng bed rest. Pagkatapos ng check-up, kailangan ko pa ring pumasok.
That experience taught me one of the biggest lessons in my life:
Never sacrifice your health just to survive. ❤️
After that, I started looking for other opportunities and side hustles. Determinado akong baguhin ang buhay ko.
And that became my turning point.
January 2025, I decided to take Real Estate seriously.
I left my old industry and never looked back.
Fast forward to today...
✅ From a ₱15,000 monthly salary to earning 6 digits monthly
✈️ Traveled to different international destinations and local tourist spots
🏆 Became Top 1 Sales Agent of the Month at MPC Realty
💰 Hit my first million at the age of 21
📱 Bought my dream gadgets
🤝 Built a 6-digit Real Estate business and an amazing community
But more than the money...
I gained something even more valuable.
✨ Freedom.
The freedom to spend more time with my family.
The freedom to prioritize my health.
The freedom to live life on my own terms.
And now... I'm getting closer to my next goal—my dream car. 🚗
This didn't happen overnight.
There were doubts.
There were failures.
There were countless times I wanted to quit.
But I kept going.
Looking back, I'm grateful for every challenge, every lesson, every mentor, and every person who believed in me.
They all became part of the journey that changed my life.
