Estimator | Full-Time
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, multiskilled, and experienced in construction administration, customer service, and bookkeeping support.
This role is perfect for someone who can confidently manage estimates, supplier coordination, project documentation, and administrative tasks while maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project quotes and estimates
- Handle contract specifications and documentation
- Coordinate supplier ordering and material requests
- Assist with colour selection specifications and project selections
- Provide excellent customer service and client communication
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking
- Accurate data entry and record management
- Support day-to-day project coordination tasks
Requirements
- University degree preferred
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience using Xero and Buildertrend is required
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
- Dedicated and available to work 40 hours per week or overtime
