▪️Smoking is not allowed inside the condo unit and inside the CR/Toilet
▪️Any damages to condo unit, furniture, and appliances will be charged to the guest/s
▪️No bringing of furniture, appliances, and kitchen utensils
▪️Turn off the lights, aircon, electric fan, television if outside the condo unit and while leaving the unit
▪️Don’t eat in the bed
▪️Clean as you go (Or else, we have to charge you 500Php for Cleaning Fee)
▪️Wash all the dishes
▪️Leave the garbage bag outside the condo unit
NOTE:
🔸500Php reservation fee per day. Non-Refundable but Deductable from balance upon check in
