Established July 2020. This is a small house open for rooms for rent and bedspace for rent. Room for rent you have your own room, own door. Bedspace for rent you will share the room with other people. The room for rent has capacity of 2 people and the bedspace for rent has capacity for 7 people. Shalimar boarding house has a housekeeper that cleans the whole house including bedrooms. We do pest control and garbage control daily. No rats, No ants, no cockroach and other pests. We have house rules which the owner herself implements and demands for each people to follow. The common areas such as living room, kitchen, toilets, laundry area and lobby are all clean, and have complete necessities including appliances and furnitures. The boarding house have a mini garden at the lobby. You can relax there after your whole day of work. Please come and view our house, it is welcoming, it is beautiful and clean. The house is small and is operated personally by the owner. You will feel comfortable.
