🏢 1. Condominium Building (Common Areas)

These include:

• Roof, lobby, hallways, elevators, parking areas, etc.

✅ Liable party:
Condo Corporation / Homeowners Association (HOA) — they’re responsible for maintaining and repairing the common areas of the building.
