Makro is coming to four Ayala Land estates across Luzon

Ayala Land Inc. has signed long-term lease agreements with Makro Philippines covering four mixed-use estates in Luzon, allowing the property giant to retain ownership of key sites while adding recurring rental income and new commercial anchors.

Avida Land and Amaia Land, residential brands of Ayala Land, have partnered with Pag-IBIG Fund to expand quality homeownership opportunities for Filipino workers, providing qualified members with more housing choices that may be financed through Pag-IBIG Housing Loans of up to ₱10 million.

The partnership, formalized through a memorandum of understanding, will explore special offers on identified Avida and Amaia homes for qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members. It also supports the government’s continuing efforts to make quality housing more accessible through stronger collaboration between public and private-sector partners.
