Today, we proudly celebrate the graduation of the 1st Class of Cadet Officers of STI ORCA ROTCU – Batch MATIKAS. This remarkable achievement reflects your dedication, discipline, perseverance, and commitment to leadership and service. Through every challenge and training, you have proven yourselves worthy of the responsibility that comes with being cadet officers.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to C/LTC Leomar Caoili for his unwavering efforts, determination, and exceptional leadership. We proudly celebrate the graduation of Batch MASINDAK ROTC—a testament to dedication, discipline, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to service. As you march forward into new chapters of your lives, may the values and lessons you have gained through the ROTC program continue to guide you in becoming responsible and patriotic citizens.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Dean Dr. Carmela Pakiding, our ROTC Coordinator Sir Christian Mores, Captain Alexander Oreta (RES) and our Commandant Colonel Melgeval B. Hilao (GSC) PA for gracing this memorable occasion and for sharing words of wisdom and inspiration with our graduating cadets. Your presence made this celebration even more meaningful.

To our cadet officers, thank you for your leadership, guidance, and sacrifices throughout the training journey. Your dedication has greatly contributed to the growth and success of Batch MASINDAK.
