🔑UPDATE: 4 ROOMS READY FOR OCCUPANCY!🔑

We’re happy to share that 4 rooms are now fully constructed — and many more are on the way! 🛠️
Each room is built to fit 4 boarders, with 2 double deck beds and access to our FAR-C style toilet and bath for added comfort and functionality.

Dear Boarders,

We are pleased to inform you that Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras have been successfully installed throughout key areas of our boarding house.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the safety and security of all boarders, guests, and property.

📍 Camera Coverage Includes:
Entrances and Hallway
Lobby and Kitchen area
Toilet Hallway

🎯 Purpose of CCTV Installation:
To deter unauthorized or suspicious activity
To assist in monitoring and investigating incidents
To ensure a secure and peaceful living environment for all

Please note that the CCTV system will be monitored in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will be used solely for security and safety purposes. Footage will be handled confidentially and only reviewed when necessary.

Worried about cooking your own meals or having guests over?
No worries — FAR-C has you covered!
We're currently constructing a common kitchen where boarders can comfortably prepare their meals anytime. Whether you're heating up leftovers or cooking a full meal, you'll have a clean and convenient space to use. 🍳🥗
And that’s not all — we're also building a receiving area that can double as a study space ☕📖. It’s perfect if you want a change of scenery while reviewing, or just want to chill with a better view and some fresh air.

👷‍♂️ Construction is ongoing — and we can’t wait to share the finished spaces with you soon!

We’re excited to share the beginning of something special — the construction of FAR-C, a boarding house built especially for students and teachers who need a safe, comfortable place to stay while studying or teaching in the area. 🙌
