You are advised to be accompanied by your parent during the activity. In cases where a parent is unavailable, a guardian—such as a sibling, relative, or your landlady/landlord—may accompany you, provided they present a valid ID.

Please prepare the following requirements:
• Two (2) colored photocopies of your school ID, printed back-to-back on long bond paper.
• Each copy must include your signature and the date on the right side of the paper.
• Ensure that your signature matches the one on your school ID.

1. Original Cert. of Enrollment (1 copy)
2. Photocopy of National ID or Voters Cert of Student (1 copy)
3. Photocopy of National ID or Voters ID/Certification of parent. (1 copy)
4. CP number of students and parents.

Interested college students may submit ur requirements at the Congressional Satellite Office at Napo, Bila, Bauko. Deadline of submission is on september 5, 2025.

Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., represented by Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Y. Dalog-Duclan, together with the Department of Social Welfare and Development–Mountain Province, facilitated the payout of Educational Assistance to 377 students.

In his message, Congressman Dalog emphasized the importance of education and encouraged the students to do their best in their studies, making the most of every opportunity to learn and succeed.

The Educational Assistance under the Department of Social Welfare and Development was made possible through the initiative of Congressman Dalog. It is intended to help ease the financial challenges faced by students. It may be used to cover daily living expenses, boarding or rental fees, and the purchase of educational materials such as books, school supplies, or other academic requirements.
