We believe in Creating the Cities of the Future
We have been listened and designed this township based on your current and future needs. We want Families to be able to spend as much time together as possible and make as much memorable moments with each other. We want to have a community where good standard of workspaces and good standard of work living exists. Mobility while saving costs is important so we designed our business district to be a transport friendly and highly accessible development for our locators. We decided to put our flagship township project in the Buenavista because this location has the best potential in the Caraga Region. We put it on a development site that is high and safe from flooding so families and businesses will have piece of mind. We located in between the airport and seaport because the cities of the future are geared to be transport oriented. We adapted a grid road network system for our commercial and residential real estate to facilitate ease of movement, better traffic management and safety too. Stage 1 is Buenavista Business Center, is our commerce, retail, and logistics area. Stage 2 launching in 2022 is our Buenavista Estates, which are our sensibly priced house and lots packages. Our Stage 3 and 4 will have residential lots for sale as well as wonderful lifestyle parks open for plenty of leisurely activities from biking, running or even just chilling around. If you want to be in a community or a city of the future, living in Cabeza de Buenavista may be for you.
