YSA invites you to escape the hustle and bustle of city life whilst still staying in the city 😊 Aside from Dear Joe coffee just right outside the subdivision- Butuan airport, malls, church, etc.. are also just a few minutes away!

2-storey house with:
✅ 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms
✅ Fully equipped kitchen
(rice cooker, heater, bread toaster, etc..)
✅ Hot & cold shower
✅ 500L watertank with pressure pump
✅ Refrigerator
✅ Smart tv with Netflix
✅ Free drinking water & coffee ☕
✅ Fresh sheets and towels.
✅ 2 extra foam for excess guests
