We provide highly accurate estimate services for your projects! You are free to modify material cost based on your local supplier, and add your contingency and professional fee once we complete the material and labor quantity.
Please refer to the attached photos for your reference. These are our outputs after the project architect completed their construction drawings and provided them detailed material quantity takeoff and labor amount per assembly. Along with this, are the estimate analysis, schedule, architectural, structural, walls, and other necessary models for their reference during the construction.
Note for Architects: We also do a highly accurate cost projection (based on the scientific and actual performance of building assembly) at the early stage of your design process (eg. Design Development Phase), this would help you and your client adjust specific assembly, area, or finishes to manage their construction cost budget. All we need is an outline specification of your project.
