DENR-10 has confirmed that Xavier University holds the legal rights to the Manresa Property and that there is no legal basis to revert the university's land titles.

It can be recalled that several Xavier University alumni under COPTACT filed a complaint with DENR-10 opposing the development of the Manresa property in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.

As of this writing, COPTACT has yet to issue a statement regarding the decision made by DENR-10.
