This wasn’t a quick or easy deal.
The buyer met the landowner once — months ago in Siargao. After that came weeks of due diligence, relocation surveys, and document checking. By the time everything was finalized, the buyer was no longer on the island.
The landowner, like many locals, didn’t have a bank account — only GCash. There were delays due to new information that resurfaced. There were concerns. But what held everything together was the quiet trust they placed in the process — and in us.
On June 6, the buyer sent the partial payment.
We made sure every last peso was safely delivered to the landowner,
and at the same time, all the documents were properly secured for the buyer, even if he was far from Siargao.
