Currently, our cozy studio at The Custom Studio is rented out as an exclusive study-work area where friends and colleagues can enjoy a productive and comfortable environment. This space is also available for long-term lease, with customizable furniture options to suit your preferences!

đź“‹ Rules for the Study-Work Space:

1. Capacity: The space comfortably accommodates up to 7 people, perfect for collaborative work or study sessions.

2. Prepaid Wi-Fi Ready: Stay connected!

3. Bring Your Own Gear: Feel free to bring your own food and equipment! We have a monitor, HDMI cables, and extension cords available for your convenience.

4. Shared Floor Space: There’s a shared area on the floor for those who want to stretch out or relax. We provide comforters and pillows for those looking to take a nap. Bring your own towels!

5. Personal Items: We supply toothpaste, shampoo, and liquid soap. Please bring your own personal items like toothbrushes and hairbrushes.

6. Refrigerator Status: The refrigerator is currently unavailable, but we are offering a discount! In the near future, we will add a microwave for heating up your food.

7. Refreshments: Enjoy unlimited mineral water during your stay, along with an electric kettle for your beverage needs.

8. Respect Shared Spaces: Kindly respect shared areas such as hallways and stairs to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

9. Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

10. Customization Options: For long-term leases, we can customize the furniture to your liking—whether you want bunk beds, a smaller dining table, or if you’d like the office table removed, just let us know!
