Be sure to Read this for a seamless fit!

🌸 1. Rental Duration
Standard rental is 3 days (72 hours)
(Example: Pick-up Friday → Return Sunday)
Late returns will incur:
₱300 – ₱1,000/day depending on gown value
💳 2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required:
Typically ₱1,000 – ₱5,000 depending on the gown
Deposit will be returned within 24 hours after inspection
Deductions apply for damages, stains, or late return
👗 3. Fitting Policy
Fitting is by appointment only
Maximum of 3–5 gowns per session (to manage time & crowd)
Fitting fee (optional but recommended):
₱200–₱500 (consumable or deductible if booked)
🧼 4. Cleaning & Care
DO NOT wash or dry clean the gown
Cleaning is already included in rental fee
Avoid:
Makeup stains
Perfume directly on fabric
Sitting on rough surfaces
⚠️ 5. Damages & Loss
Client is responsible for:
Tears, heavy stains, missing parts, or burns
Charges:
Minor repair: ₱300 – ₱1,500
Major damage: up to full replacement value
Lost gown = 100% replacement cost
🔄 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation:
50% refund if cancelled 3 days before
No refund if within 48 hours
Rescheduling:
Allowed once if requested at least 2 days prior
Subject to availability
💄 7. Usage Guidelines
Gowns are for:
Photoshoots, events, formal wear
NOT allowed:
Outdoor rough use (grass, beach, muddy areas) unless approved
Alterations without permission
🧵 8. Alterations
Minor adjustments allowed:
Clips, temporary stitching
Permanent alterations are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
🆔 9. Requirements
Valid ID required upon rental
Full payment required before release of gown
📦 10. Pick-Up & Return
Late pick-up does not extend rental period
Gown must be returned:
On time
In the same condition
💖 11. Client Responsibility
Handle gowns with care — these are delicate, premium pieces
