Good news for our clients.

Ayala Land, together with BPI, is making payments more seamless and flexible. Your monthly amortization or dues can now be arranged to run automatically, even if your funds are coming from a different bank.

In practical terms, there’s no need to manually transfer every due date or worry about forgetting when things get busy. Payments are scheduled, consistent, and on time.

BREAKING: BPI and Ayala Land among first to let buyers auto-pay from any bank

Bank of the Philippine Islands and Ayala Land, Inc. are enabling buyers and tenants to auto-pay property dues from any participating bank, removing a long-standing industry constraint.

The system ends the need for customers and billers to maintain accounts within the same bank for recurring payments.

Gas prices pataas na naman… and honestly, ramdam na ramdam sa araw araw.

Hindi madali mag adjust lalo na kung fixed yung income. Kaya kung nafifeel mo na parang kulang na yung dating kasya.

Here are some ways na possible lang makatulong. Hindi perfect, pero practical:

• Invest in things na kayang sumabay sa taas ng presyo
Halimbawa, imbes na puro ipon lang sa bank na halos hindi gumagalaw, iniisip mo kung saan pwede ilagay yung pera mo na may chance lumago over time. Yung iba tinitingnan nila real estate, gold, o ibang tangible assets. May mga bagay kasi na habang tumatagal, mas sumasabay o minsan nahihigitan pa yung pagtaas ng presyo.

• Iwasan yung lifestyle inflation
Yung tipong tumaas lang konti income mo, biglang upgrade lahat. Mas mahal na kape, mas madalas na grab, mas impulsive na gastos. Hindi masama mag enjoy, pero minsan dun tayo nauubusan.

• Iwasan umutang para lang sa wants
May mga bagay na tempting i swipe o hulugan lalo na pag pagod ka at nasa deserve ko to mode. Pero pag naipon yung utang, mas mabigat siya in the long run.

• Bawasan yung hindi kailangan
Hindi kailangan biglaan. Kahit maliit lang. From daily milk tea to once or twice a week. Or mas planned na grocery. Hindi mo namamalayan, malaki na din natitipid.

• Maghanap ng extra source of income kung kaya
Hindi para magpakapagod lalo, pero para may backup. Kahit sideline, online work, or small hustle. Kahit dagdag lang pambawas ng pressure, malaking bagay na.

• Start early kung kaya pa
Hindi kailangan malaki agad. Kahit maliit na consistent, mas may laban over time kaysa saka na lang. Yung iba pinipili na pumasok sa long term assets tulad ng property habang mas manageable pa, kasi habang tumatagal, kadalasan hindi na bumababa yung presyo at mas nagiging mahirap habulin.

Hindi ito about pagiging perfect sa pera. Hindi rin ito about biglang yaman. Karamihan sa atin nag aadjust lang din.

Pero habang tumataas lahat, ang goal lang naman is hindi tayo maiwan.

Kahit unti unti, kahit dahan dahan basta may galaw.
Kung iisipin mo, may mga bagay na habang tumatagal mas nagiging mahal lang. At meron din namang pinipili ng iba na unti unting pinapasok habang kaya pa, bago pa siya tuluyang tumaas.

Hindi kailangan madaliin. Pero minsan, timing din ang kalaban.

Kung gusto mo lang makakita ng options na pwede mong pag compare compare, message ka lang. Walang pilitan, tulungan lang kita mag figure out kung ano yung swak sayo.
